Independent Trainers of Nevada Inc. was founded on the concept of affordable quality training for the real world.
At Independent Trainers of Nevada Inc. we strive to provide up to date, real world training in the Safety, Health and Life venues.
Independent Trainers of Nevada Inc. has the following guidelines:
No political affiliations.
There are enough groups out there lobbying, we feel it is covered well enough by other trade associations.
Union and Merit shops.
We train everyone as equals, since on construction sites both will exist and are exposed to the same hazards. At the end of the day we want everyone to go home safely.
Real World Training
If the training does not relate to the trainee they do not retain it. We strive to train in a fashion that will stick in the minds of our students.

Why are your rates lower then everyone elses?
At Independent Trainers of Nevada Inc. we set up our business to support the community. We were all training in Nevada and the Las Vegas area prior to the new State Law requiring OSHA training, we were here during and we will be here long after it goes into effect. All of our trainers and staff feel that profiteering off required training does not meet the long term goals of our company and our personal ethics. We charge enough to cover costs such as wages and storage of all documents (5 years on most OSHA training). Sure we could charge more and be the same as other trainers but, after reviewing our operational costs, as long as we maintain 10 students minimum in each class we do not need to charge more per student. However we will do 1 person training, at the 10 person minimum total cost, this works out to the same as some trainers are charging per person anyways.
Are you certified to teach the OSHA 10 & 30 class?
No we are not certified, we are Authorized by OSHA Training Institute to teach OSHA 10 & 30. OSHA does not certify any Instructor, we are all Authorized. We gladly present our training cards to anyone who asks.
Will you travel out of Nevada or the Las Vegas area?
Yes we often travel to do training. However our rate adjusts slightly for out of the city and a little higher for out of state to cover additional expenses for traveling and lodging.
Out of Las Vegas valley area but still in Nevada: $75 per person OSHA 10 and $200 per person OSHA 30 - 10 persons minimum per class.
Out of Nevada - Per person rate same as above, additional fee applies for travel and lodging costs based on time frame and availability. Always call for details.
What other instructional classes do you offer?
We strive to have a variety of OSHA and Safety related classes available based on current training. We will not teach a course we have not been involved with in the field. Currently we teach everything but the Asbestos course.
Our Instructors are both ATSSA Certified Flagger Instructors and offer this 4 hour course.
We offer Concealed Weapons Training, Self Defense and more.
